His leadership emphasises clear communication, thoughtful execution, and efficient delivery across all project scales.
Oversees the Design Desk platform and proprietary workflow systems, ensuring performance, reliability, and scalability across all customer projects.
Doug leads Design Desk’s technology strategy and platform innovation, bringing deep experience in creative production systems and digital operations. As Product Manager, he oversees the proprietary project management platform that underpins the studio’s workflow efficiency and scalability, ensuring visibility, performance, and reliability for customers at every stage. Doug’s approach blends technical discipline with a practical understanding of design production needs, enabling seamless collaboration between teams and clients.
