Design Desk Privacy Policy

Design Desk is operated by DFLOW Pty Ltd ABN 75 629 781 237 ("we", "us"). This policy explains how we handle personal information under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.

We collect only the information we need to do business with you:

• Contact and account details: name, business name, job title, email address, phone number and business address
• Payment details: payments are processed by Stripe, and we don't store card numbers
• Service records: briefs, files, messages, live chat transcripts and order history
• Enquiries: the details you send us through our website contact form.

Like most websites, our website and platform use cookies to keep you signed in and help them work properly. You can block cookies in your browser, but some features may stop working.

Personal information in your files

Briefs and artwork sometimes include other people's names, photos or contact details. We use this information only to complete your order. Before you send it to us, please make sure you have permission to use it.

• To improve our services and platform
• To tell you about our services. You can opt out at any time with the unsubscribe link or by contacting us.
• To meet our legal obligations

We don't sell or rent personal information.

• Our team: this includes designers at our studio in Melbourne, Australia and Denpasar, Indonesia.
• Service providers: businesses that help us run Design Desk, such as payment processing, hosting, email and customer support tools. They may only use the information to provide their service to us.
• Others: where the law requires or allows it.

Some of our team and service providers are outside Australia, including in Indonesia. We take reasonable steps to make sure they handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles.

We protect personal information with access controls and encryption. We keep it only as long as we need it for the purposes above or as the law requires, and then delete or de-identify it.

You can ask to see or correct the personal information we hold about you. There's no charge, and we'll respond within 30 days.
